help All Jewellery Orders are Custom Orders All jewellery is made to order. I very much welcome the opportunity of creating a bespoke piece especially for you or someone you know. My favourite creations are those that I design and make specifically with someone in mind. I like to get a sense of the person first, what they're like and where they're at, before "settling down" to make the piece. So, whether it's a gift for a friend or for yourself, once I receive your email, I will get back in touch with you, to find out more. You also get to choose the length of your piece. This means no more bracelets that are too loose or necklaces that are too short. You may also use the following average
lengths as a guide. Once I have all the information that I need, I will start to make your item of jewellery. Once the piece is made, I will photograph it and email the photographs to you. As long as you are satisfied, I will then ask you for payment. Method of Payment Payment must be made and received in full before I can complete and send your order. To pay by credit card. I will email you a payment request for the agreed amount, plus postage. The payment request will be made using Paypal (you do not have to be a member and you will not be required to sign up). All you have to do is click on the link in the email. If you wish to pay by credit card, please be sure to scroll down the page and look for: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)." For UK and Australian customers only, you may prefer to pay by direct bank transfer. In this case, I will email you with the total charge and bank details for the transfer. Once payment has been cleared, your item will be despatched. Packaging Every item is wrapped with love, and in a silver box tied with deep pink ribbon. If it is a gift for someone, and you would like the item to be sent directly to them, please let me know. I will also hand-write your personal gift message on a gift card to accompany your present, if you would like that. Simply let me know what your personal message is, and also the person to whom you would like it sent, together with their postal address. Delivery Information As soon as payment and any other information regarding length are received, your order goes straight onto my "This is Next" list. It usually takes me about 6 working days (and often less) from the day that your payment is made to complete, package and send your pieces to you. If you want an item more quickly for a special occasion, it may be possible to place a "rush" order. Please do contact me here and ask. Also, please be aware that large orders may take longer, but as always, I will let you know. I ship by Australia Post using Registered Post, and including insurance. Packages generally takes 5 to 7 days to arrive once they've been mailed. Postage rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest dollar. I will let you know what these are when we have had a chance to talk about what you want. There is no handling fee.
